The introduction of TAG TEAM Pokemon-GX Cards came with Team Up expansion, the expansion released in February 2019 with 181 cards and 15 secret cards. TAG TEAM Pokemon-GX Cards feature 2 Pokemon which share at least one type, the cards are basic cards with higher HP than a regular Pokemon-GX and when knocked out the opponent can take 3 prize cards as opposed to 2. The cards came in 4 prints, regular cards, full art cards, alt art full art cards and secret rainbow rare cards.
Notable cards include Latias & Latios-GX #170, Magikarp & Wailord-GX #161 & Gengar & Mimikyu-GX #165.
